As the child grows older, he is exposed to pollution, eats instant foods laden with preservatives and food coloring, and other junk foods, lacks sleep, stressed by school work or family problems, does not exercise, has an unhealthy mental attitude, and specially, is not trained to do CMT or cleansing, toning, and moisturizing before going to bed.
If you are troubled by acne, or other skin conditions, do the following:
Get 8 hours of sleep, no more no less;
De stress;
Be positive in your outlook;
Eat health foods of veggies and fruits coming
from a healthy mineral-filled soil, no
inorganic fertilizer or pesticide;
Exercise daily for 15 to 30 minutes;
Don't go to bed without CMT;
tape an ionized pad on your forehead, cheeks
and other affected areas to oxygenate it.
Oxygen is called vitamins of the air. It kills bacteria, virus, fungus and parasites.
